1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and seri88 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the seri88.one website, including all services, games, promotions and features provided.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing the account registration process, or continuing to use the platform after any amendments to the terms are published, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this Agreement in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use seri88 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a private individual and not an organisation, company or corporate entity.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of seri88.
• Not have previously been subject to any restriction or account closure by seri88 on grounds of misconduct.

seri88 reserves the right at any time to require identity verification, including copies of MyKad or passport, proof of address, and other supporting documents to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses or phone numbers, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances frozen.

3. User Account

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being closed immediately.

You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring that the device used to access your account is kept secure and protected.
• Notifying seri88 promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

seri88 will not be responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, whether with or without your knowledge, unless negligence on the part of the platform is proven.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

seri88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Minimum deposit: RM50 for each payment method.
Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes after verification is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in the member's own name. seri88 does not permit the use of third-party accounts for transaction purposes. Any attempt to do so may result in funds being frozen and the account being closed.

seri88 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal. This includes identity verification, betting history review and documentation checks. In certain cases involving large amounts, processing may take longer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

seri88 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. The following general conditions apply:

• The 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM888 requires wagering of 25 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 bringing the balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Each member is entitled to receive one welcome bonus only.
• seri88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and further action taken against the account in question.

The seri88 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates that increase with each tier. Members can move up to a higher tier based on their betting activity over time.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the seri88 platform are governed by their respective rules as set by the game providers. In all cases of dispute, the version of the rules within the game software is final.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system or through a live dealer system that is monitored in real time. seri88 does not control or influence the outcome of any game.

If a technical interruption occurs during a game session, any bets placed that have not been settled will be returned to the member's account. seri88 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the member's end.

7. Member Conduct

seri88 members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, fair and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms or any method that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of fraud, including attempts to carry out unauthorised transaction reversals.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for suspicious financial activities.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including systematic bonus hunting.
• Communicating rudely, threatening or harassing other members or seri88 staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about seri88 to other parties.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without a refund, and seri88 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use and protection of members' personal information is governed by seri88's separate Privacy Policy. That policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with this document.

seri88 collects your personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance with legal obligations. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, seri88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

Members acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, and seri88 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or financial returns from betting activities on this platform.

10. Account Closure & Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the seri88 support team. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must first be completed or cancelled.

seri88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account unilaterally without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in this Agreement.
• Fraud or behaviour suspected to involve misconduct.
• A member's failure to verify their identity when requested.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In cases of closure due to a violation, seri88 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.

11. Amendment of Terms

seri88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Law & Jurisdiction

seri88 operates under an international licence. This Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform is licensed.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures set by the licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
